Can Massage Help a Shoulder Injury and Trapped Nerve?

Remedial Massage to treat a shoulder injury that includes a trapped nerve People often ask me whether massage will help with a variety of injuries, particularly those that affect their ability to play the sports they love.  These injuries range from knee, ankle, leg and back injuries to  a shoulder injury and trapped nerve, as in this case.

In typical fashion, this clients’ injury was preventing him from participating in the sport he loves. This is what he had to say;

Thank you for helping me to resolve the injury to my left shoulder and the trapped nerve that was preventing me from playing Tennis.

The “No Hands” massage sessions proved to be of great help in getting this problem cured and I would be happy to recommend your services to anyone with an injury, or anyone in need of a relaxing massage.

Kind Regards

Of course, I would never use the word ‘cured’ when it comes to a shoulder injury, trapped nerve – or anything else for that matter – but it’s very nice when a client gets relief to the point that they feel that way.

The truth is, massage – and / or one of the other complementary therapies that I offer (often, I use a combination of therapies) – will provide significant relief in the event of an injury, as well, as speed up the body’s natural healing process.
